Recent MME graduate Joanna Shaw came to the WSU Career Fair and VCEA Expo to help recruit for Micron Technology, Inc.

Shaw has worked for Micron as a diffusion process engineer since March 2019. She explained that the skills she developed at WSU, such as problem solving and team work, helped her create an easier transition from student life to work life.

Shaw explained how at Micron, everyone wants you to succeed and that you’re only as strong as your weakest player.

Her advice to students: “Always do everything to the best of your ability and don’t underestimate yourself.”
