World-Class Faculty

You will receive a world-class education from faculty who are doing groundbreaking research that is pushing the field into new territories. In addition to learning inside the classroom, we encourage student interaction with faculty outside of scheduled class time. By combining experiences inside and outside of the classroom, you will be equipped to work for leading industries or pursue graduate studies in your field.

Accreditation

MME’s undergraduate programs in mechanical engineering and materials science and engineering are accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET.

ABET, Inc. is the recognized accrediting agency for college and university programs in applied science, computing, engineering, and technology

Financial Support

We recognize our outstanding students annually. In addition, students involved in undergraduate research can apply for awards with the Office of Undergraduate Research.
