MME Students Prepare for the Future
On Sept. 12th School of Mechanical and Materials Engineering students had the opportunity to meet their mentors from Microsoft, Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, and WSU faculty to discuss their possible future careers. Microsoft Senior Director of Engineering, Jason Tripard, talked about the preparation for an engineering career and what Microsoft tends to look for in interns and employees. Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories Director of Engineering and Manufacturing Ops, Jessi Hall, explained the basics on how to prepare for a job interview.
